Batch Shipping Schedule
To ensure maximum freshness and quality, Promise Cookies are produced and shipped twice per month on a set schedule:
Orders placed from the 9th through the 23rd of the month ship on the 1st of the following month.
Orders placed from the 24th through the 8th of the month ship on the 15th of that month.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for transit after your scheduled ship date.
Freshness & Shelf Life
Our cookies are baked with care and sealed for freshness. They are best enjoyed within 2 months for peak flavor and crunch.
