There is a small $25 commitment deposit to set up your custom page and provide you with everything you need to share your link. As soon as you reach your first ten boxes, we credit that amount right back to you because we truly want this fundraiser to cost you nothing.

  • There is absolutely no penalty if your campaign is smaller than you hoped it would be. Production begins once your window closes, so there is never any leftover inventory for you to buy or store.   • We begin Promise Cookie production once your campaign window closes to ensure every Promise Cookie is fresh. Your supporters can generally expect their boxes to arrive within 2-4 weeks after the campaign ends, so they receive encouragement while the excitement of your mission is still fresh.

  • Because every fundraiser is unique, the profit you earn depends on the box sizes your supporters choose to purchase. Your organization will typically earn between $5 and $9 for every box sold, which allows your profit to grow naturally as people choose larger boxes to share. We want to make sure your hard work is rewarded fairly, so we provide a clear breakdown of these earnings on your campaign dashboard.

  • We usually recommend a window of two to three weeks because it strikes the best balance for your supporters. Since we don't begin Promise Cookie production until a campaign officially closes, a shorter window ensures your supporters don't have to wait too long to receive their cookies. We want the encouragement to arrive while the excitement of your mission is still fresh, so keeping the timeline focused helps us get the promises into their hands as quickly as possible.
